Shipping Policy:

Orders are processed within 5 to 8 working days, as most of the items are handmade. Personalized or custom orders may take 5 to 8 business days to be processed. Shipping charge to Puerto Rico and the United States is $5.99 unless a FREE discount with the purchase is available in offer.

The shipping method is USPS standard. If you wish to ship via Priority Mail or Express Mail, other costs will be applied. For shipments outside the United States, the costs will start from $25.00+ and will vary depending on the weight of the package and country of shipment.

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost in transit, this is the carrier's responsibility.  In which case you should contact your nearest USPS office directly.
